With the aim to strengthen the confidence of our customers and to solidify links as much as possible, the management of our firm decided to inaugurate the ISO 9001 quality management system. Our firm is commited to fulfil the requirements of the standard, and to continously develop the efficiency of its operation.
We record our suppliers and service providers, and we expect them to supply us with good quality merchandise, and to provide us service of high level, in order to contribute to our firm's effective and succesful work, moreover to our customers' contentedness. We regularly register and establish the bearings of the level of thier service and the level of the business contact between our firms.
The management of our firm feels commited to create such atmosphere and working culture collectively with professionally qualified collegues, in which, besides the given staff, the need of effectiveness, renewal and quality development is natural.
We expect our collegues to train themselves regularly and to keep the instructions related to their work. Furthermore it is important, that our collegues should be conscious of that the quality management system forms integral part of our firm's operation, and that their aim is to improve it with their proposals.
In the system of contact with our customers, we pay special attention to the complete satisfying of our customers' demands, and also to the registration and handling of their feedbacks, because for us the most important, and the best advertising is the customer contentedness.
